Empathy and efficiency.
I have been a patient of Lagoon Medical Centre for around 6 years now and they’ve never given me a bad experience. I’ve had 3 doctors over this time, Dr Mohamed El-Alamein, Dr Francis Akinyemi and as of today Dr Cesar Jr Morillo Sofocado, all of which are friendly, talk you through your concerns and what those concerns could mean, all while being polite and respectful. Excellent service, highly recommend. Super friendly staff, very empathetic and professional. The Urgent Care facility is fantastic. They saw me just before closing time. Quickly and efficiently treated me, patched me up, gave me a tetanus shot and a prescription. Everything is healing up nicely. It was going to be a 6 hour wait at ED. So glad the ED told about the centre.
I brought my daughter in with a fractured wrist. There was zero wait time and the staff were unbelievably kind to her. I’ll be forever grateful for the care we received :)
