Extremely efficient receptionists, bit of a wait but totally understandable on the day. Great treatment etc,etc. They are really an incredibly hard working team.
I had to seek medical treatment for my family and myself here a few times and they are amazing. Great efficiency from the front of desk to the clinical staff. The nurses and doctors were so caring and gave high quality treatment for us to get better. There needs to be more efficient places like this. Well done guys you do a great job!!
A Lifesaving Experience at Lagoon Medical Centre Urgent Care ♥️ On 26 August, I underwent day surgery at Fremantle Hospital due to heavy bleeding. Later that evening, the bleeding intensified, and I was rushed to Fiona Stanley Hospital. I waited over 10 hours—scared, weak, and in pain—only to be discharged with antibiotics and Tranexamic acid. Very friendly and caring atmosphere starting from the front desk till you see the drs. Dr George is very helpful and nice to his patients, he has a very good experience to be trusted as well.
Super grateful to the amazing team at Lagoon Medical Center Beeliar. Friday afternoon headed into the weekend knowing I needed to see a doctor urgently. I was so lucky to walk in to be greeted by a lovely receptionist, gave my details, was triaged by the nurse within 10 mins and seeing a fantastic doctor within 30 mins of walking in the door.
