Very poor clinical consultation. Nursing care was basic and appropriate, but GP assessment was non existent. I don't believe 30 seconds speaking with a patient from 1mt away from the bedside (non infectious), is appropriate clinical care. A complaint will be completed on accordance with AHPRA. I'm a health practitioner myself. The level of care provided to myself (as well as the elderly gentleman next to me) was terrible.
The staff were great, caring, attentive, thoughtful and helpful! I feel so grateful to be able to access this service. Thank you so much!
