Lagoon Grill is the ultimate casual poolside spot at the Hilton Waikoloa Village — you literally dine steps away from the massive saltwater lagoon where dolphins swim and play right in front of you. Teriyaki cheeseburger - mediocre. Poke nachos - good poke, but stale chips. Fries - just fine and from Sysco. Onion rings - just fine and from Sysco.
Food was good
Great low key food option while chilling at the pool. They have good cocktails, great sandwiches, and the hurricane fries are to die for. We came here twice for lunch over the 10 days at the resort. It was worth it for sure. I think the pictured sandwich was the club sandwich. Whatever, it was huge and incredible. I also quite enjoyed the burger I got earlier in the week. Enjoyed tuna poke and drink. However, it took nearly 1 hour to get our food after ordering. Definitely avoid the lunch rush if hungry and don’t want to wait potentially quite a long while.
