They simply don't care. Jean, Joe, Jimmy, Frank, and the others I have yet to meet just don't care. They don't have to, because they pocket HOA fees, work 3 hours a day, don't work Fridays, don't answer the office phone, don't have an email, website, nothing. The elevator certificate has been expired since 2013, none of the bikes in the "gym" turn on, and only 1 out of 3 treadmills work. Worst part, there is NO ONE else to complain to.
BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE HERE, unless you don't mind giving your money away. In my opinion Management team is corrupt and will do anything to stay in power, including and not limited to rigging elections, using condo funds for personal use & intimidation. Same 2 people have been running condo for over 20 years and will do anything to stay in power. In my opinion they have no ethics or shame, work barely a few hours a week,but yet pay themselves a full salary and benefits which they are not entitled to. Unit values have crashe... read more
