Lago Vista Fitness is a great place to work out. I love all the classes I’ve attended and the instructors are top notch! I definitely recommend checking them out. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve regularly attended Whitney’s full body boot camp Monday and Wednesday evening classes for almost a year now, and it’s been great! Whitney is great about keeping it fresh, and providing alternative exercises if something is too difficult or you’re dealing with an injury. The class environment is also fun and social. My only complaint is there isn’t more evening classes offered, but there’s a ton of morning options.

I have been attending classes here for a few years. Whitney keeps the classes fun and challenging! She changes up the classes so that is never boring. Great energy! We have fun while getting an awesome workout! Highly recommend Lago Vista Fitness Company and encourage you to check it out, you will be glad you did!

I’ve really been enjoying the kickboxing and boot camp classes at Lago Vista Fitness. The workouts are challenging but fun, and the atmosphere is always motivating. Whitney is a fantastic instructor—encouraging, energetic, and great at pushing you to do your best. The people who attend the classes are great too, which makes it an even more positive and supportive environment. If you’re looking for a solid workout with a great community, I definitely recommend checking it out!

Absolutely love this place. My favorite is the low Impact class with Dixie on Tue & Thu. Can't wait for them to add a dance class to the schedule. Location is perfect for us locals. Love that you can just check out up to 3 classes for $10 each without any commitment.
