“I have made three separate attempts to attend classes at this location via ClassPass, only to arrive each time to a closed facility and no staff on site. Despite multiple phone calls, I received no response. I also contacted ClassPass, but they were unable to assist or issue a refund for these occurrences. This experience has been highly frustrating and a significant inconvenience. I will no longer be utilizing your services and will instead return to Anytime Fitness, where I can rely on consistent operations.”
