Just took Lori’s glute class and is was a work out. It was nice to take a class where I could go at my pace and not feel judged for having to take a break. Lori kept a steady pace which made it easy to jump back in. I will be back and I hope to get some friends to join.
I absolutely loved my experience of the Zumba Class I had at Lago Vista Fitness Co. The instructor, Sylvie was energetic and fun, and the music was fantastic.
