Dr Lauren Lee is fantastic. I would have given five stars with a lady at the front desk is terrible at her job. She had me sitting in the lobby for an hour before I was able to see the doctor. When I asked her what was taking so long she said she forgot I was there! She is also very challenged using the computer.
Just a curiosity question...why do you not answer your phones? Do you actually have phones? Was there a budget cut the general public is not aware of?
Hands-down the most efficient doctors office I have been to and Dr Loren is awesome. Very professional, personable and goes over and above to deliver what you need.
Dr Kennon Koenig and his staff are really caring and competent. I highly recommend them.
Disorganized staff and horrible at communicating information. But their doctor is very well knowledgeable. I will never go back.
