What a wonderful experience this was for Hannah and me! The doctor was kind, gentle, and efficient. The office staff made us feel as if we were established patients.
I’m a groomer and I had a client get a small cut, I wasn’t handling it well and was nervous the pet wasn’t going to be able to be seen by anybody but emergency vet services and Lagniappe not only worked her in, but made it possible for me to pay over the phone, And made me feel a lot better about the situation as a whole. 10/10 for pet care and flexibility, but also customer service. I really appreciate the staff taking the time to speak with me and being understanding.
