Lagi has the best customer service out of all the salons I’ve been to on the west coast. Picture this: schedule’s not going as planned and now having two littles in tow. I squeeze in a mani pedi thinking the other parent is going to pick up the kids but he also get’s stuck in an appointment. So now the kids have to go potty and I’m knee deep in the pedi spa. I very rarely go out of my way to leave a bad review, but I feel like this situation warrants it. I received a $50 gift certificate for Mother's Day and picked the $50 pedicure. Afterwards they still charged me $45 because they swapped my regular nail polish I selected for gel polish while I was distracted on my phone. If that wasn't frustrating enough, for months afterwards I've been dealing with 6 major ingrown toenails that I had to have surgery on or splints for. i’ve LOVED lagi nails. they always do a great job and the nails always stay on for weeks!! the nail techs there are also so kind!
This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been too! My daughters and I went and everyone was so kind and welcoming cannot wait to go back!
