Made an appointment at 3 pm with the Eyelash specialist and drove all the way down from Park City for this. Arrived on time and she was in the middle of doing a child’s nails. At 3:20 pm, she said that she was still in the middle of this so I left. Very disappointing that they don’t honor appointments or other people’s time. Basically, despite their “appointment system”, this is just a walk in place.

I went here for a work meeting. The atmosphere was amazing. They offered me a drink and asked about temperature. The lady who gave me a pedicure filed too close to my skin that it made me bleed. Then the massage was so rough that I feel sore today. And I think my skin is having a reaction to whatever product they used. That has never happened before.
