I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole and her mom! From the moment I walked into their salon, I felt welcomed and truly cared for. The atmosphere is so cozy and inviting—it feels more like visiting friends than going to an appointment. Nicole is incredibly talented and meticulous with her work. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect, from the shape to the tiniest details in the design. Her creativity and eye for style are just amazing! Dissapointing Experience - Unacceptable Service and Poor Customer Service I’ve been to Lagi Beauty Salon in the past and had a wonderful experience, with the owner herself doing my nails and them turning out perfectly. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. Yesterday, I had my nails done by what I believe to be the owner’s mother.
