Dave is a life saver! One morning, before going to work, I popped downstairs, and discovered smelly soggy carpet all down the hallway. Stunned, I called Lagasse Plumbing because he always gave great prompt emergency service to my office, usually within a few hours. Dave asked a couple questions, realized my distress, and said he was at a jobsite but he'd "fit me in" before going to his next booking. I can't say enough about this company!! Today I was in a pinch very upset, with a mix up on my city bill, a meter that needs to be replaced, and he came out last minute. Was very nice helped me and went above and beyond!! I can't say enough! I called other companies in town...stressed and upset needing help. And this company helped me immediately! I can't thank you enough!! :)
Its extremely difficult to find same day service in Dawson Creek, Dave went the extra mile to make it happen and help me out within an hour of calling him. Very thankful for his prompt and professional service, excellent plumber.
