Applied to register with this practice over 30 days ago. Nobody contacted me during that time to let me know that further information was required. I only found out when I phoned them myself. To make matters worse, my registration form was accepted at reception but later dismissed because they said they don’t take online forms — yet nobody explained this at the time or followed up. Clear communication with patients is essential, and unfortunately, this practice fell short.

I have had an ongoing cough since October of last year and all I can say is Dr Haydock has been absolutely brilliant with me, I've been finally diagnosed with bronchiectasis and I have to thank Dr Haydock for seeing me and arranging different hospital appointments to get my diagnosis. The reception staff where very prompt in getting the dr to phone me back and where very patient when I was wheezing and breathless whilst on the phone.

No parking for disabled people unless you pay for an hour even if you in for 10 minutes and out again. All parking left for doctors outside but if you want to see one you have to call and hope after 5000 trys you can get through. I tried phoning at 8 like they said and by 8.02 they had no places free so why does doctors need free parking outside if so many can't see them? Disabled shouldn't have to try walk so far to try see their doctor when they have an appointment. I received a ticket cause I parked for 10 minutes so my m... read more
