I have had chronic pain most of my adult life. Arthritis in my tailbone attributed to breaks. I had prolapsed my bladder over lifting and went to see Dr Laforest about my options. Just SICK of the medical system brushing me off. She immediately understood, gave me options, did surgery within a few months. During surgery found endomitriosis, which i didn't know I had. We trying for 6months but cause of my age we have no time to waist. We have no luck of trying so they refer us to IVF doctor and we ended up going to GAGO IVF clinic in Lansing and that's where I found out that I need an laparoscopy surgery. Dr. GAGO refuse to do the surgery if we don't do the IVF which cost 12k-13k and we are not able to do. My concern at this moment is to be healthy . While the Doctor is very sweet, her receptionists are not. Margie in particular is extremely rude and frankly needs a new job that does not require working with the public.
She is a very kind and caring doctor and truly cares for her patients I would give her a 10 star rating the best....
