I had a great experience getting some warranty work done on my Polestar 2. Loner was amazing and the staff was excellent.
My experience with the customer support and the mechanics was good but the warranty for polestar 2 is a joke. They don’t cover anything. A piece of plastic from the trim next to my window came off out of no where and they made me pay $300 for that. I told them the trim of a new car should not fall off and then they accused me that there was a glue underneath it and it shows it was broken before. I never touched the trim and I am sure their accusation was to just make me pay for the trim in order yo bypass the warranty.
Got my drive from this place and the experience is pretty good, Kaylee and Chad were super friendly and helpful, procedures went smoothly
We stopped in this morning to look at the S60 T8. Emiliano was a perfect guide. He knew his product well. His answers and explanations were easy to understand. No sales pressure and lots of helpful information. We took a test ride and really liked the car! Thanks for a great introduction to Volvo!
