Dishonest beyond belief. They quoted labor at $400. Called back a week later it was $600 same job. He said I'll double check with the technician, came back and said, "yep jobs going to take 3 hours" but we'll throw in a $10 cabin air filter Officially it's 1.5 hours labor for the job (replace blower motor) on my vehicle by the way. I did the job in 30 minutes and I know nothing about cars. Works good too. I've been a consistent customer for a dozen or more years. There is no reason to go anywhere else. Never less than the best service.

We are in the middle of a pandemic and there’s people all over this building not wearing a mask. I made an appointment for an oil change and there’s cars coming in after me being taken care of first ! The service team is great and professional all wearing masks but no one at the sales counter or teams wearing a mask. I’m usually not a stickler for it but it is Michigan law. Masks must be worn inside of all public spaces car lot included. They even have a sign on the front door.
