Misdiagnosed my vehicle, didn't fix the sound which they claimed was a drive pulley sheave that they had me repair for 800, for a total of 1k including a break fluid drain that they said I needed (I didn't). The same exact sound was still present after I got the car (and of course, after I paid them) which they had told me over the phone it was a new sound. L place was so rude to my father
I came in with an impossible situation. They were not able to help in that moment, yet were very honest and helpful in communicating to me what I would need to do to get things done. A few weeks later my situation changed, and they were very quick in helping me get what I wanted. They went above and beyond in finding me my car and getting it to me. I am VERY thankful for everything they did and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new ride. Thank you!!!
DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I came here a few months ago with my dad to get my car looked at. I made an appointment over the phone and brought my car in. Every person I talked to was so unbelievably rude and stuck up. Even with my appointment they did not look at my car for 2 days. They did not call me with any updates within those two days (to let me know when they're going to look at it). When they finally looked at it they called my dad. Big thanks to all the staff at LaFontaine VW!!! Was stranded with a broken ignition not to mention we had travelled from Canada. Their staff were more than helpful and was able to get us in and made us a priority and had us back on the road in 3 hours with a new ignition!
