Absolutely no manners. Walked into the room didn’t even introduce himself. Was in the room for 1 min tops and walked out without giving any information on my injury. What a waste of time!! Not impressed
I had knee replacement surgery done by Dr. Robert Lafontaine in Timmins District Hospital on April 15/24.The operation was a success. Can not ask for better service from Dr. Lafontaine and his team and from the staff at the hospital. Thank you Dr. Lafontaine and looking forward in getting the other knee done.
Didn't have a chance to ask questions of my husband's condition, just gave cortisone and left.
I just love Dr LaFountaine. He has a great bedside manner, he had a sense of humor. The first time he gave me cortisone shots he didn't tell me much but next time I asked right before he was doing the shots. I said I have a couple of questions first and he stopped and said sure and he listened and answered me..Today he helped me a lot for my third visit, he added a not previously scheduled shoulder shot and that saved me having to go thru the appt and trip all over again.
