I hate leaving a bad review like this but it’s deserved. I made an appointment to have my car brought in for a check over by Shelby. When I showed up I was told the Mitsubishi tech was out for training. I took the day off work for this. I was then told someone would call to set up another time and that never happened. I’ll take my car back to Showcase Mitsubishi in Bay City for care. Was only trying to save the gas. Very very unorganized and poor service.
