I didn’t realize that I had a discount coupon that was for a different Mitsubishi location and the coupon was honored. I was VERY PLEASED and I consider that… GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE because I would have had to have less service completed if the coupon had not been honored. SO I WAS EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

LOGAN is the man to see yall from the beginning (online) he has been nothing but true and genuine HELP the hell out of me. PROFESSIONAL it’s core. Remember the name LOGAN MURPHY true REAL car salesman. Upfront and honest.
Logan was very helpful in finding us the vehicle we were looking for. However, it took a total of 8 hours before we finally left with the vehicle. The service team was horrible. They told us they topped off the fluids, but they did not. The oil change light was still on even though they said they changed it. The tire pressure was low and the car has a bad smell after they “cleaned it”. One of the headlights was burned out and the drivers side wheel bearing is loud. I would not go back for a vehicle from them in the future.
