Giving 1 star coz can't give less than it. First you have to fight over 3 weeks on call to get appointment for tire replacement, tried so many times to get a written quote and never get the one. Than on a day when you finally got scheduled there the tires you chose are said not available and you will have to get rescheduled. Than you pay almost $200 extra than commited in the name of labor also At the checkout they dont tell you its 3% extra for credit card. I am 54 years old, so I have bought a lot of vehicles and I've never had a worse experience. Can't even get someone on the phone to talk about titling issues. They just keep texting me from a number that cannot be called even after I have asked for a phone call 3 separate times. Offshore help that they don't pay to do voice calls would be my guess.
