I dropped my car off due to it dying on me after 2 weeks of having it. I had it towed to the service center, it took them a little over a week to find out what was wrong and diagnose it, luckily it was just the battery and there was warranty. They had it changed and ready and even did the recall that was on the vehicle. They also provided me with a loaner for a couple days after one week of having my car. Evertime my vehicle gets service, I know my vehicle is in goods hands where I brought my car. Thank you for keeping my car in good condition.
Left my car here for a couple of days so that they would complete an anti-theft recall. My car was broken into a week ago so I called to see what had been done for the recall and they told me the anti-theft recall was never completed… not sure what they did with my car for several days
If I could give zero stars I would very disappointed in the customer as well as the service or warranty processes it's totally unacceptable how the conduct business is dont see how they even have customers
