Wish I could give zero stars!! I started an oil consumption test with Lafontaine Kia April 2025. They made me pay $400 for a “oil leak” saying if it’s not fixed they cannot start the process. During this process my car was broken into and someone tried to steal it May 2025. The ignition had to be completely repaired. I paid $1000 deductible for the services. If I could give zero stars I would very disappointed in the customer as well as the service or warranty processes it's totally unacceptable how they conduct business i dont see how they even have customers because it seem to me they'll roll out the red carpet if your buying a new vehicle but the minute you have an issue with your vehicle or need service thats when the real customer service shows

I dropped my car off due to it dying on me after 2 weeks of having it. I had it towed to the service center, it took them a little over a week to find out what was wrong and diagnose it, luckily it was just the battery and there was warranty. They had it changed and ready and even did the recall that was on the vehicle. They also provided me with a loaner for a couple days after one week of having my car. The service providers were friendly and answered my questions and were patient. I also liked that the tech sent a video a... read more
