I brought my car there for service after my car was broken into by someone who tried to start it with a USB cable. They broke the window and damaged the steering column. So, after a morning of vacuuming the glass out of the car I arranged with my insurance company to drop off the car there. I am not sure if the cold had anything to do with what happened but when I got the car back nearly a month later the touch screen in the middle of the dashboard was cracked. STAY AWAY from the Service Department! It is now 24 days since I brought in my vehicle for a check engine light and I still don't have my vehicle back. The response to my last review 7 days ago directed me to contact the Service Manager. I did and never got a response. I asked for a loaner, the request was approved and then I was told THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE! Save yourself the heartache and GO ELSEWHERE!
The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. Biggest concern is the price. $160 for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection. That is ridiculous! Jack demmer on Michigan Ave doesn’t even charge $100.
The customer service guy I talked to is not a very good listener. I took my car in for service because it has standing water in it. I can hear it sloshing around. I was very clear about the problem. Their mechanic cleared a clogged drain line, which is great, but then they never verified that the standing water drained. It's still there days later. I'll be taking my car somewhere else.
