Do not go to this service center. If you value your sanity don't give them your time. I was told they could not recreate the electrical issues my Kia Sportage was experiencing. Instead of being willing to admit they didn't know how to fix it they told me the problem didn't exist. Kept it for over a month. I took it to a different Kia service center that could actually fix my car.
Don't return phone calls, want to keep a vehicle for days just to diagnose a simple problem, then lie to you about having done tests that weren't actually done because the "advisors" don't actually know anything. Avoid at all costs.
The dealership was very professional and Respectfully, they recognized i wanted to get out of my 2025 K5 Gt Line and purchase a 2026 K5 GT and they made that happen within four hours after arriving at the dealership when other KIA dealership said it would be difficult.
Bad experience. Not recommended. Replaced the wrong part and didn't tell me. I found out and I'm not sure whether they were aware. I asked them to repair the damaged part. They didn't know whether It will require painting or not (seems they've never previously ordered it). They got back with me a couple of days later that It does not require painting, but that It will require recalibration and additional payment of over $500 (They were not aware of this before).
