The dealership was very professional and Respectfully, they recognized i wanted to get out of my 2025 K5 Gt Line and purchase a 2026 K5 GT and they made that happen within four hours after arriving at the dealership when other KIA dealership said it would be difficult.
Bad experience. Not recommended. Replaced the wrong part and didn't tell me. I found out and I'm not sure whether they were aware. I asked them to repair the damaged part. They didn't know whether It will require painting or not (seems they've never previously ordered it). They got back with me a couple of days later that It does not require painting, but that It will require recalibration and additional payment of over $500 (They were not aware of this before). As they say, three strikes and you're out. I've given this dealership several chances to retain my business. I have two Kia's that I have had serviced regularly at Kia of Ypsi. I have a 2017 Kia Soul, and a 2025 Sportage. Both are great cars, and have given us little to no trouble at all. We really like our cars. Strike one: We had our 2017 Soul serviced in May of last year. Oil changed and tires rotated. This was on a Saturday, and when we got home we had a large puddle of oil under the car.
