The service was dry. The salesmen that I dealt with were sort of uninviting and the energy was off.bI would suggest going to the KIA in Clinton township where the service is much more inviting and friendlier. The saleman that I was initially suppose to consult with pushed me off onto his so-called brother whom he said I was in good hands with. I was not. Brought in our Kia Carnival for safety recall. They also were able to help troubleshoot another minor issue while we were there as well. The whole crew was kind and professional. Had a much better experience this time compared to 2-3 years ago.

Ask for Frank; he helped me get into a 2019 Kia Forte. Great mileage for a reasonable price. He’s very knowledgeable about what he does, and he’s honest. The process was easy. Awesome customer service; he even reached out a week later to make sure everything was alright. This is my best experience buying a car that doesn’t feel like a rip-off.

Do not go to this service center. If you value your sanity don't give them your time. I was told they could not recreate the electrical issues my Kia Sportage was experiencing. Instead of being willing to admit they didn't know how to fix it they told me the problem didn't exist. Kept it for over a month. I took it to a different Kia service center that could actually fix my car.

Don't return phone calls, want to keep a vehicle for days just to diagnose a simple problem, then lie to you about having done tests that weren't actually done because the "advisors" don't actually know anything. Avoid at all costs.
