Had a good sales experience but after the sale trying to work with the finance department and customer support has been a nightmare. I purchased the gap insurance through dealership as they told me i could cancel anytime and get prorated amount back - i have been trying to cancel since January with essentially non existent help from dealership. I had a deeply disappointing experience with one of the managers at this dealership. He was consistently unprofessional and dismissive. Over the course of five months, I made repeated efforts to resolve an issue, but my emails and calls were routinely ignored. Despite multiple promises to follow up, he failed to do so every time. Mohsen Hussein was my salesman. I purchased my car from him about a month ago and things have been good since. He was very kind and approachable. Very willing to explain things multiple times to me, a first time buyer. Very transparent and extremely helpful when things were difficult. Would recommend him and I would purchase a car from him again.
