Funny how Matthew David works for the company 🤔 makes you wonder if they pay their employees for reviews to post their ratings I wouldn’t waste my time or energy with this place the service manger Lisa has the worst customer service ever.

Yesterday was my first experience with the service department at the newly opened LaFontaine Genesis of Commerce for Routine maintenance (i.e. oil change, tire rotation and recall repair). As far as my past experiences with automotive dealerships, LaFontaine Genesis is a cut above. The service work was completed while I waited in a very comfortable lounge. It was truly service with a smile. Special shout-out to Deborah Springer for her assistance.

They stripped a bolt held my car made me lose 2 days of work and they didnt even fill my tires let alone inspect my vehicle which I PAID FOR. Never will return and makes me rethink getting a genesis. Definitely going to shop around for my next vehicle.
