Had an appointment for 2 weeks to have 2 common problems addressed & order parts if needed, arrived and was informed that I had go drop off truck for 2 day to take pictures to order parts! The appointment was supposed to for that very fact, not drop off and be without a vehicle, then have to come back again. Not very efficient.
