Manager Kasey is immature and didn’t like being told they messed up. Shop ruined a wheel and replaced it with the wrong one even after being given info to replace it with the right one. Nice sawzall and air hammer damage just because I asked to have it back.
Jenny was an amazing help through the entire process and even going out of her way to help me set things up that she didn’t have to. Bonus, the Shop got my car back to me 3 days ahead of schedule. Great experience from beginning to end.

My experience was great! I was rear-ended and needed bumper repair. It wasn't major, but considering I just purchased the vehicle 6 weeks prior, I wanted to get it fixed. The initial written estimate turned out to be incorrect, but the team explained that once they began disassembly, they might uncover additional damage—which is exactly what happened.
