I drove up with no appointment my fuel door would not open. Three service people got to work fixing my car immediately. They took care of it before I ran out of gas and I appreciate everyone who jumped in and took care of me. Thank you!
Manager Kasey is immature and didn’t like being told they messed up. Shop ruined a wheel and replaced it with the wrong one even after being given info to replace it with the right one. Nice sawzall and air hammer damage just because I asked to have it back.
Jenny was an amazing help through the entire process and even going out of her way to help me set things up that she didn’t have to. Bonus, the Shop got my car back to me 3 days ahead of schedule. Great experience from beginning to end.
