Worst body shop experience I have had. Not happy with there work or customer service. I took my Ram 2500 to Lafontaine Body Shop in Lansing, to have the hood replaced under warranty for a corrosion issue. The hood that they painted and installed has a bunch of orange peel and dirt nibs. Hood nameplates were installed wrong and one was even chipped and scratched up but they still installed it. Has a bunch of small cracks in clear coat on hood. Hood has scratches from sand paper that was never polished out. Back corners of the... read more
I chose this shop based on LaFontaine’s strong reputation as both a dealership and a repair facility, as well as its affiliation with my car’s brand, Toyota. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
