We had an exceptionally good sales experience provided by Heidi Keck. Anna had car loans from Lake Trust which apparently does not record them with national credit registry bureaus, and with only a debit card, had NO credit rating. However, Heidi did some homework and got us a 7%, zero penalty load (From Lake Trust, can you believe it !!!). And this is from a GM career guy buying an Explorer from a FORD dealer !
