We had an exceptionally good sales experience provided by Heidi Keck. Anna had car loans from Lake Trust which apparently does not record them with national credit registry bureaus, and with only a debit card, had NO credit rating. However, Heidi did some homework and got us a 7%, zero penalty load (From Lake Trust, can you believe it !!!). And this is from a GM career guy buying an Explorer from a FORD dealer ! Service Pfizer does not keep you up-to-date. Like he said he would I know for a fact? They give me one price. Then I had a coupon for $50 off. Went there to get my car. The price was $50 more than what it was supposed to be than with a coupon. It took it back to what I was quoted
This service center has had my vehicle for 11 days now because of a no start issue. Not once in that time have they offered me a rental or any good reason why they have not been able to fix my car. Do yourself a favor and do not bring your vehicle to this service center!
