I bought a car 3 months ago when it was former Lafontaine and was told to come back due to having 2 free oil changes under a warranty I just had gotten. At the time of my appointment I was not told that I would have to pay $77 due to the change in ownership and that my warranty would be not accepted . I feel scam and will not be returning.
Joe in the service department deserves a raise!! I go to school in Florida and got repairs on my jeep down there and came back here for summer and still had problems. He went above and beyond with customer service and helped me get money back from that dealership because they improperly did my repairs. He didn’t let me leave this dealership until he solved all my problems. And he had super efficient service! Super great guy thanks Joe.
