Super unhappy with the response and service i experienced today, I have had several negative experiences with sales and service, in fact my last purchase i went elsewhere. I took my car to the service department of LaFontaine's last Monday of last week. I received a call. They said they had the part so they would start working on it right way Got a call that Wednesday, they had to wash my car and scanned my car but hadn't done any work. They needed a few more parts which they ordered last Wednesda It's now Tuesday. They haven't got the parts yet so it looks like I won't be getting my car which I was told would be a day or 2..
