sold us a used car without a proper maintenance inspection. brought it back to the service center and they only fixed a portion. half ass job!!!
After a number of visits, spanning two vehicles, I'm certain they operate like fast food establishments. The number of cars they intake in a day doesn't actually equate to the number of cars they have the staff to actually service. My experience is that you should be prepared for them to have your vehicle for 2 weeks minimum for anything other than basic oil change, or things like tires, etc.
I purchased my vehicle from Lafontaine in 2023. I had an issue with my wipers not turning off, so since it was still under warranty I went there to have it fixed. I made an appointment and the vehicle sat for a week before someone could look at it. They told me that the tech was having issues with other vehicles and he would get to it soon. After two weeks they said they fixed the issue. I went here to get some parts. They didn't have them when I got there and I had to wait a day. Other than that it was a great experience. I have no idea how buying a car would go but if you need to go and buy a car. Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram
