I took my car to the service department of LaFontaine's last Monday of last week. I received a call. They said they had the part so they would start working on it right way Got a call that Wednesday, they had to wash my car and scanned my car but hadn't done any work. sold us a used car without a proper maintenance inspection. brought it back to the service center and they only fixed a portion. half ass job!!!
After a number of visits, spanning two vehicles, I'm certain they operate like fast food establishments. The number of cars they intake in a day doesn't actually equate to the number of cars they have the staff to actually service. My experience is that you should be prepared for them to have your vehicle for 2 weeks minimum for anything other than basic oil change, or things like tires, etc.
