Took my truck in on Wednesday morning 8 am under warranty back up camera not working they said they needed to keep it a couple days and they didn’t have a loner. Never mentioned to me I could’ve got a rental that GM would’ve paid for $44 a day as long as it was a GM vehicle I called Friday morning at 11am and never got a return call back. The service manager Troy Wittke is the reason I will not be returning to this dealership after doing business with them for over a decade now. Can’t get a manager to return my call after calling and leaving multiple messages with them. This place was much better before it was LaFontaine. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle for service anywhere but here.

Wildly overcharged me to replace a starter ($1,000). Told me I had a transmission leak and oil leak that was going to be another $6,000. I thought about just leasing something new and they offered me $2,000. Its worth about $15,000. Had another shop look at it and no leaks were found. Used to be a good dealership before it sold. I'll never go back.
