Fast and efficient, quality service. Video inspection was quite a surprise.

Do NOT take your car to LaFontaine Buick GMC. My experience here was unprofessional and could have cost me over $1,000 for a repair I did not need. I want to share my recent experience in case it helps someone avoid a huge unnecessary bill. I had my car towed to LaFontaine because I believed I broke my key off in my ignition. The service advisor, Alissa, told me the “broken key” was causing the ignition cylinder to lock up and the only fix was to drill it out and replace the cylinder.
