My husband had made an accidental payment to our bill one night at home on the app, so I called first thing the next morning to address it. They were very vigilant in getting the funds refunded that we didn't mean to apply to our electric bill. Can't set up utilities because they want $500 up front due to my credit history, WHEN I AM NOT EVEN PART OF THE HOUSE OWNERSHIP. My wife bought our new house so I can work on my credit.
