Haven't even fully moved to the area yet and I already know this is the worst company in the US. Can't set up utilities because they want $500 up front due to my credit history, WHEN I AM NOT EVEN PART OF THE HOUSE OWNERSHIP. My wife bought our new house so I can work on my credit. The workers made fun of my son getting off the bus. (He has autism and rides the handicap bus.) these are grown men, in our yards, making fun of kids.
I appreciate the caring neighbors fund they have and I have never really had any issues but the one time I did I was literally laughed at. It's the customer service that is horrible. I had paid through the 24 hour teller and then we got our next bill that was double what it is normally so I called and asked them what had happened and the woman laughed and said well you didn't pay last month's bill. Been in my new home 2 weeks. Water just stops. Went 3 times to office first week and 2 times next week. No one shows up...now i'm told I have to put a pump somewhere...$1800 later I now have a pump...No help from this MONOPOLY on water and power (using more with pump) here. No other supplier to call.... Hmmmm
