I have never lived in an area with such a bad power grid. It can be sunny and not windy and power goes out. This happens a few times or more a month. I have lost power more times in a few months here than I have my entire life elsewhere. I've been under this utility for a few years and it's just horribly maintained. Totly discusted with this company i asked for a 3 day Exstension Until I got my check to pay then they said no and i told them i have a 6 year old thats on medication and her meds needs to be in the Fridge. Terribly ran utility, want excess of $1000 deposit to turn on utilities for an RV site. Outrageous! Also they have no notification systems in place via voicemail or email about service interruptions. So if your away from mail out of town and have no cell service you receive zero communication from them and they will jusr shut your service off. Not even a door hanger 1-2 days before disconnection. For what they charge they owe to provide a better service and better communication.
