We had an outage this evening and the crews were on site within 40 minutes (about how long it takes to get here from town) and when I called to check on timing, the gentleman I spoke with was extremely professional and kind, and even called when power was reinstated to ensure all was good. I work with a lot of utilities in my profession and was very impressed by the professionalism here.

The only entity that can legally rob you. They have the monopoly on utilities so we have no choice and they do what they want
I have never lived in an area with such a bad power grid. It can be sunny and not windy and power goes out. This happens a few times or more a month. I have lost power more times in a few months here than I have my entire life elsewhere. I've been under this utility for a few years and it's just horribly maintained. Totly discusted with this company i asked for a 3 day Exstension Until I got my check to pay then they said no and i told them i have a 6 year old thats on medication and her meds needs to be in the Fridge. And they did not give a crap im not going threw this worthless place i am getting solers Or a generator to run in my box f this Pathetic place i wouldint give a dam star if i could People who run this are absolutely pathetic I bet thats one of the reasons why La Follette sucks So dam bad they dont care about your kids or ... read more
