Been in my new home 2 weeks. Water just stops. Went 3 times to office first week and 2 times next week. No one shows up...now i'm told I have to put a pump somewhere...$1800 later I now have a pump...No help from this MONOPOLY on water and power (using more with pump) here. No other supplier to call.... Hmmmm
Their app is outdated it doesn't work for any newer Android phones so they desperately need to update their app
The repair service here is very good, much better than I've seen in Indianapolis. It's good to have people who care about what they're doing watching the grid. Our grid seems more stable than Indy too.
