I didnt have to wait no longer tha 5 minutes. Check in was quick. Everyone from check in, the doctor, the nurse were exceptionally kind

Nurses were great! The doctors, they have good bedside manner and straight to the point. BUTTT they misdiagnosed me with a dental abscess even tho no mouth pain or mouth swelling, maybe he misunderstood me when I said my EAR HURTS When I chew or move my mouth. And then almost forgot to give me the first dose of the clindamycin and ibuprofen it was in the middle of the night. The Regular pharmacy wasn’t open. I was in severe pain from a kidney stone, The Ambulance got me to the hospital fast. None of the nurses or CNA introduced them selves, the person who finally walked me down A long hallway to get to the bathroom acted like it was an inconvenience to her. I asked for A portable pot to be brought to the room. A laid in pain for the longest time before the doctor come in.
