Edited: watch out for Melanie Berry. She definitely didn't earn her way up the ladder without being on her knees. She illegally kicked me out not even 1 month after passing the inspection. She lies about everything to make herself look better. With my own ears I heard how bad she talks to the elderly. Don't be donating any bags, coats or shoes because "they have to go through her first" when we all know it's a LIE. The maintenance men half-ass their job at best.
