I find it difficult to remain calm while writing this as I was just treated like absolute garbage by whomever answered my phone call. They shoddily installed a propane heater for us and it already failed after a month. I called them in desperation ( my wife and I are freezing during this arctic storm right now literally huddled in a room under blankets) and the guy was a complete jerk to me nonstop.
