I kept forgetting to leave a review. Funny to see my recent neighbor left a review. The pro is that the rent is cheaper than typical rent in the city, the laundry room is free & it was convenient because I worked at UNO. I’ve lived in these apartments for 3 years before I moved states. These apartments need to be torn down and rebuilt like privateer place. There’s a mold problem & they’ll just paint over it. Lafitte Village has its negatives and positives. I really like my neighbors and the managers. My dogs live with me and they are comfortable. I don’t feel bothered by anyone being here it’s genuinely a pretty great place to live. The negatives are that it’s very old and outdated. Kind of looks like a jail cell and when I first moved in the place was completely dirty and I had to wait for the cleaning crew to come clean and even when they came it was still dirty so I had to clean it.
