Cannot say enough wonderful things about LaFitte HVAC!! Their customer service is off the charts, they are above and beyond the best around!! This company is so professional, their team is courteous, they get the work completed in a very reasonable time frame!
Air conditioner stopped cooling at 6pm yesterday evening. Called Lafitte HVAC at 8am. Was told a technician could be here between 9-9:30am. JUST after scheduling the appointment, the A/C started cooling again. Decided to keep the appointment. James showed up at 9:08. He cleaned the unit and troubleshot the system but, unfortunately (fortunately??), was unable to find anything wrong that would have caused it to stop cooling. Albert and Rafael were the A/C technicians working to repair my A/C. They were both knowledgeable and informative as they went through the process. They answered all of my questions, and I came away knowing that I had received a good lesson in A/C troubleshooting. Thank you both for the knowledge and service. I have used LaFitte HVAC several times throughout the years and it is always a pleasure working with them.
This was a great experience. James came and found my problem and fixed it quickly. While here we spoke about soft starts. He had one on the truck and was very willing to add it to my system. Highly recommend.
