Been a customer of them for a very long time, almost 20 years and so nothing else is needed to be said. I stick with what works and what is honest…
My A/C went out at 4pm on Friday (of course) as family was arriving. I called thinking we'd be out until Monday or worst. I had a technician pull into my driveway in FIFTEEN MINUTES! You'd be lucky if an ambulance arrived that quick. The tech diagnosed my problem (burnt circuit board), then got in the truck to retrieve the part in Conroe, knowing he was going to fight Friday rush hour. He returned, replaced the board and had us back up and running. Excellent service.
Called them at 6 pm expecting to get a recording but surprised that they answered and sent a technician that same evening. Very professional and personable. Been using them for years. Love this company.
