Walked in with my appliance in my truck. Counter girl and old lady at desk said that they will not work on it if it was not purchased from them. Then she said they were 6 to 7 weeks behind. She asked if I knew the model number, I did not, but advised her it was in my truck outside. I asked if they had someone to look at it, and she said he was out.
