I've used this facility twice myself, & my family's used them several times. I've never had any problems. To me, they were extremely professional, polite, compassionate toward my grief, and very accommodating. They went above & beyond to help me with the process, making it go smoothly. Everything turned out beautifully. They know what they're doing. I highly recommend them.

People Who care? or Outright insensitive jackasses? – When my Father passed away about a month ago, we needed to find a funeral chapel to suit all the guests that were attending. Lafferty & Smith Colonial was the place that sounded like the ONE. A day before the services were held, me, my aunt and cousin gathered flower arrangements and everything to set up for the next day. Lafferty and Smith, Bethoven guy is evil! – The guy that looks like Bethoven, told me to be quiet while I was crying about my dad and his death. He also gave me a bad look. I thought the service from them was terrible, I would never recomend it to anyone. They were doing two funerals at once. And that was one of the reasons they made me mad, they tried to comfort my mom and everthing, while they were being jerks to everyone.
