Reliable, honest and trustworthy. Had a maintenance call on 40 year old furnace, a carbon monoxide leak was detected and new furnace was installed within a week. I did everything at a distance as I do not live in the house and it was a pleasure not to have to constantly chase a contractor to get project completed on time
We have an older heater which is developing some age-related problems. Lafferty has always responded quickly and professionally. They cleanup after themselves and do beautiful work when it involves the surrounding area.
The team at Lafferty always do a great job. Their prices are fair and the quality is exceptional.
The gas company discovered bad valve in one of our furnaces. I called Lafferty Heating and a fan motor was discovered not working. This was also replaced.
Service call went well for my Heater service... Unfortunately unit could not be repaired safely... So will need to have a NEW UNIT installed later this summer....
