I’ve been ordering here since 2011. They’re now too busy to fill orders! PLEASE DO NOT waste your time. I ordered in Aug and was told I’d have delivery by Sept 2-4. They never showed nor responded to countless emails and phone calls about an update. Weeks later the President of the company reached out and said they were behind on orders and only have 1 truck to deliver. Working on trying to get pricing on walnut, waiting 3 weeks now and I can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my phone calls.
We have been dealing with Lafferty for years. Quality and customer service has been first class.
I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to Lafferty Lumber. The only thing laughable about this place is a 3 month lead time for (4) pieces of lumber. What are you guys doing? Watching the wood grow?!? NEVER HAVE I EVER WITNESSED SUCH A THING….wait 3 months to be told, we still don’t have a completion date or even know when we will…..YIKES
Driver inside truck stop eating while blocking pump and trucks lined up waiting to fuel. Called company to ask them to call him and ask him to move and they laughed and hung up. Certainly no professionalism. I wouldn’t expect much as a customer if they can’t offer basic courtesy on the road.
