I had a great experience with Lafayette Welding. They repaired my utility trailer and did an outstanding job adding new sides and custom post brackets. Instead of using generic parts, they fabricated the brackets from scratch, which really shows in the quality and fit. The workmanship was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the turnaround time was solid. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing trailer work or custom welding.
I wanted to customize a ladder rack for my truck. The mounts weren’t compatible with my hard cover but I figured if I were able to get the ears cut off the metal mounts I could make it work. I remembered seeing Lafayette Welding while driving so I stopped by. They took a look, said they could do what I needed. They estimated about 2 hours however they got it done in 30 mins and they looked great but more importantly they worked perfectly!
