I purchased a used vehicle in October 2025 from Rochester Volkswagen in Rochester, NH. I drove over 3 hours to purchase this vehicle. Within 48 hours of owning the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I reached out to Rochester Volkswagen. Rochester Volkswagen told me to go to my local dealership to have the vehicle checked out since I bought the extended warranty. The extended warranty did not cover the parts that need to be replaced. The vehicle came with a 3 month warranty from Rochester Volkswagen, so I asked them t... read more

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2024 VW Atlas on September 6, 2025, from Castle VW of Schaumburg. During the test drive, I raised concerns about multiple windshield chips and was assured by both the salesperson, Eryk Buczynski, and sales manager, Anthony Pociask, that the vehicle met CPO standards and would not have been sold if repairs were needed. However, after about six weeks and with colder weather, the chips began to spread, indicating they had either not been repaired or were repaired improperly. Multiple follow-up ... read more

I had a great experience. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Everyone was super welcoming. Special thanks to Bryce Valliere, who was absolutely fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He made sure all my questions were answered and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I’m very happy with my purchase, and I truly hope the car continues to run without any issues so I can enjoy it for a long time. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would de... read more

I am writing to express my disappointment with the visit to the service department at Gerold Jones Volkswagen. We bought a 2025 Atlas after a week and 300 miles I took it in so they could check the balance on the tires. Spent a bit over an hour and got the car back. We only live 4 blocks away, so we really did not notice anything. After my wife drove it for a few days she told me that it still felt the same. So, I started looking at the wheels and I did not see any kind of handprints on the dust on the wheels. So, I took it ... read more

The service department are very friendly. We have had several issues and each time they cannot fix any problem without bringing the car back 2 or 3 times. We picked up our car today, and before we got home, the problem we took the car in to be repaired for was not working again. We have taken this car in several times since we purchased the new 2025 Allroad about 12 months ago. The service department told us they were having problems keeping service techs., they are only having a problem keeping the good mechanics, the one... read more

This is more of a review of VW than of VW Bellingham. Our 2022 VW Taos started having a massive gas smell in the cabin recently. This was taken into VW and was diagnosed as having a faulty fuel line connector under the backseat pulsing and releasing gas. Even though this is a well-documented issue with this car and there are class actions about this in other states, VW was not willing to cover this safety and health hazard under any recall or warranty. Charging $2k for a safety and health issue is shameful service and shows ... read more

Very nice and attentive personnel. My complaint is I wish I had been told that during cooler or cold weather, the brakes will squeal when stopping like a semi-truck. I've asked two nice service representatives who confirmed there is nothing to they can do to correct the squealing sound. I asked if we test drove any VW on the lot, would the brakes squeal with the answer being yes. Interesting that a friends VW does not make the noise. Be prepared new buyers. Michael

This is my second lease from Ventura Volkswagen, and I can confidently say there’s no better place to shop. My sales associate, Agustin, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and making sure I understood every aspect of my Volkswagen. The General Sales Manager, Conrad, went above and beyond to structure a lease that fit comfortably within my budget. Adriana in finance made the signing process stress-free, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to remain... read more

Horrible human beings taking advantage of people as much as they can.  The service department is horrid, and nothing is done to fix any of the problems.  I beg you to please go elsewhere!!
