I lived there a little over a year and I love it there just hate cause they sold the place the people are very nice they take care of each other and help each other the landlord Mrs Tracey is very kind , nice and the maintenance man he all ways come when you need him am going to miss all of the people there and yes Lafayette village is a great place to live and call home . Don’t know how it going to be now it under new management
Getting a lawyer to sue this place. The manager, Tracy, lies and runs over all of the elderly residents here. I will make it my life goal to make sure that the issues here are addressed in a formal manner.
I've lived in LaFayette Village for over5years and have had but the best experience,manager is one of the most caring person,she is always trying to find ways to make our lives comfortable.Anytime we have a problem with our apartment they are there on the spot to fix it.I would recommend this complex to anyone.
Very disappointed as to how this place runs a community of senior citizens. When you cannot wait for a body to be cold in the ground before you start running off the family who is there to care for the widowed, my heart breaks. When they cannot "make you leave" they will conjure up stories that they DO NOT LEGALLY HAVE TO REVEAL the source of where they got the "information" then they can have the law step in and have it to where you can not step foot on the property.
