A sinkhole appeared in my front yard, and the team conducted thorough testing but initially found nothing. When the hole reappeared, they responded quickly and filled it again. Every employee was extremely kind, took the time to explain their work, and showed a strong understanding of past issues. I’m very impressed with their responsiveness, especially with yard problems near the LUS box.
Getting in touch with customer service by phone is a nightmare. Not to mention the increase in electricity bill
Every time I call concerning my personal utilities and for my job's different utilities, they are always so friendly. Thank you for being a great utility company.
