I may give this company 1.5 stars … maybe. But honestly it all feels like a show. After our nightmare of a house buying experience (not our first rodeo but this purchase was the absolute worst) we finally thought we made it to the end of the tunnel. As much as the process to get paid was painful and 5 months after services were performed, I must say that we FINALLY received payment. I'm still hoping to not use this company again. If they would just communicate, it would make things a whole lot easier and better. Be careful when using this company!!!!!
Well, I should say "ditto" with all of the other reviews. We were screwed out of a $3,000 survey. They said they mailed the check but it showed not clearing, then they said they sent it again, nothing. The admin in the office doesn't read or respond to emails in a timely manner, and doesn't read them, because I asked for the check to be sent to our Corporate office. That was not done. They are scammers!!! DON'T USE THEM!!!
