This Apartment complex is wonderful, great place to live, and the Property Manager is always on top of everything!
My father lived there from May until October. He passed in October and did not have an estate. We cleaned out the apartment, left it as it was found - got the check and was unable to cash it because it was made out to the estate. In PA, you do not need have an estate. Contacted the main office, the district manager got back to me and said he would get back to me about getting it under Dad's name instead of the estate. That was in November. Lafayette Square is a great place for 55+. The manager, maintenance man, and cleaning lady are the best!
