Ordered my shutters with 50% deposit on January 20 and was told they would take 5-6 weeks to come in. It’s been 4 months and my windows are still bare and it’s been 1 excuse after another. I went with Pierre because he seemed reputable but I can’t get him to come and put in my plantation shutters that he says are in. Something just doesn’t make sense buyer beware. Ever time he says he’s coming something happens and we pushed back another week.
Place seems closed. I looked for at address listed, not there. Don’t bother going there waste of time.

This was by far the beat choice!!! Pierre went above and beyond to help us with this decision!!! He came out measured and kept in contact through entire process, there are other shutter and blind companies in the area but none as good as an established old family name and experience come with it!!!
