Terrible at keeping a pool chemicals balanced. They run our neighborhood pool and don't understand how to maintain an active pool in high heat Meanwhile our pool is closed for 3 days if they get it under control. Has already been closed for a day or two already this year because they can't get levels right for the state.
Exemplary customer service and product knowledge - Lafayette Pool Services representatives have exceeded our expectations every time. Their products are top quality. We recently replaced our Sundance Aspen with a Platinum Spas Maximus from Lafayette Pool Services. The Maximus tub has so many wonderful options and features for comfort and massage. It is extremely simple to operate and maintain. Best hot tub we have ever had!
