Me parece un complejo bastante agradable tranquilo, amplio y de buen gusto para vivir eso si tiene bastantes detalles como los demás edificios ya algo viejos ya que tienen a veces varios detalles de servicios públicos como luz,agua,o drenaje de los mas molestos que estos pueden llegar a ser otra detalle algunos todavía se mantienen por dentro estilos antiguos y anticuados por ejemplo papel en sus paredes y cosas por el estilo pero de ahí en fuera es un buen lugar para visitarlo para ver si quieres vivir aquí.
I am not a resident of this location, but I frequently visit the property. It is with great concern that I express my experience regarding the manager's billing practices for for its residents on these premises. The charges for violations have excessive and are in addition to the regular HOA dues. The HOA makes over 100k monthly with little to no offerings for it's residents. My family lived there from 1980-1982. Great place back then and I hear it still is.
Nice gated community. Beautiful condominiums and well-kept compound.
