Lafeyette Morrison Estates HDFC is falsely advertising to be a great place to live. Prior to the building becoming a co-op it was a great place to live. We had a management company that cared for the residents. Now, we have a management company that is disconnected and mediocre. I had a mouse in my apartment. I had to call and pay for my own exterminator after being told I would be put on a list for the monthly exterminator. It’s been over four months and I’m still waiting for their exterminator. Large Sound view Park, luscious greenery, sport facility, running tract and children's park across the street, Bus transportation accessible, Shopping Market accessible. Fire and police station near by, Safe neighborhood even though across from city projects.
