Takes forever to get any kind of maintenance items completed because they are always short staffed. We have started naming our roaches because most of them have been here longer than the tenants. It is very quiet and peaceful however and most of the tenants try to help each other to offset the lack of office help.

This place sucks it doesn't even deserve 1 star my family has lived here 5 years now and nothing has changed they can't keep a manager and they dont have maintenance workers.So far they have forgot to pay the water bill twice in less than a year, but have no problem uping the rent every single month.
