This place sucks it doesn't even deserve 1 star my family has lived here 5 years now and nothing has changed they can't keep a manager and they dont have maintenance workers.So far they have forgot to pay the water bill twice in less than a year, but have no problem uping the rent every single month.
Good luck getting some to answer the phone .
They really need better management over at this place the new manager here she let fecal matter buildup and run out of the sewers into our driveways just because she didn't hire a plumber to come pump the sewage there's also been most of the hallway lights out and I feel bad for the older people they can't go out and see at night this place needs more working together and needs a better manager and also a maintenance man we don't even have one of those here.
Can't say enough about the office staff and maintenance personnel at this location. Great overall experience. Was a joy to do business with!
Marcy is amazing. She listens and address any issues. The property look great, and maintenance works diligently to get repiars done in a timely manner.
